Fundación Adecco works together with important international company in HR benefits industry in the Inclusion Plan for PwD.
A Marketing Specialist sits within a B2B2C business model, specifically within the B2C function, focusing on end users the employees of our client companies to drive product adoption and engagement.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering impactful user experiences and driving product adoption. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading both online and on-site initiatives, such as webinars and in-person sessions, while also managing projects focused on user activation, adoption, and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and translating insights into actionable, scalable strategies.
A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Your main duties will be:
- Design and deliver activation and adoption actions, including webinars, on-site training sessions, as well as other channels, initiatives and strategies, for client launches, ensuring employees are effectively trained, engaged and aligned with the Cobee by Pluxee product.
- Monitor/a and analyze key activation and transactional metrics for launched accounts and define tailored strategies to achieve performance objectives.
- Develop customized launch plans, including communication plans,for key and strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth, consistent and effective rollout.
- Create and coordinate communication materials, initiatives and actions to support the adoption of new product features and functionalities, adapting them to different user profiles and needs.
Requisitos
Education Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing / Communication / Sales / Advertising or related field or equivalent experience
Work Experience Requirements: You have at least 1 year of experience in user-facing initiatives or B2C marketing campaigns and are comfortable
interacting directly with end users. You feel confident communicating in live settings such as webinars and in-person training sessions, with no stage fright.
Languages: Spanish and English fluent
