Fundación Adecco works together with important international company in HR benefits industry in the Inclusion Plan for PwD.
As a KAM your main duties will be:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients (Large/Enterprise company). o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
- Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
- Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Requisitos
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.
Languages: Spanish and English fluent
