Recruiter English/French Language con discapacidad en Madrid

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Associate to be part of the EMEA Recruiting team, and to play a critical role in delivering against hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key job responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations
- Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects
- Sift profiles for roles assigned, monitor/a applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications
- Check and assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates
- Check candidate assessment and test results
- Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, on-boarding, and position closing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in French
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Additional proficiency in the following languages: Polish or German or Slovak or Czech or Italian or Turkish or Spanish or Dutch or Portuguese
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
