Product Analyst - Cyber Defence Product Area (Hybrid set up) en Madrid

Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help the company to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As a Product Analyst, you'll support the product team and own various tools, technologies, and processes for Cyber Defence Area. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

In your role, you will- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to develop product vision and strategy, product roadmaps, and deliver detailed product requirements, workflows, and user stories
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current product offerings and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to optimise business processes, automate workflows, and modernise our monitoring and response systems
- Perform requirements analysis, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements, and perform user acceptance testing
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to inform product development and ensure the company remains competitive in the market
- Support the team's Product Manager in their responsibilities

Your qualifications

What we need from you:
- Ability to present complex topics towards different audiences with various technical levels
- Experience with project management and organisational change
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency written and spoken communication skills in English


You should have awareness of:
- Cyber Security Operations and associated technologies
- Business process (re-)engineering and automation
- Business analysis and product life cycle


Nice-to-have
- Experience with programming languages and application design & architecture
- Experience with leading SIEM solutions such as Elastic, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or others
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and environments such as Azure or AWS
