About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to compel customer propositions that unlock growth opportunities and maximise sustainable profit delivery for the Off-Trade channel in Spain.
Successful activation of high impact activity plans based on analysis and core insight into customer strategy, shoppers and consumers
JBPs which delight the customer are successfully developed and jointly owned.
Activities within the agreed JBP are delivered with focus on 100% implementation to maximise the return on investment to deliver the required brand and profit targets
Exceptional results for the customer and company through a sustained commitment to priority outcomes delivered through effective cross-functional ways of working with multiple resources who all execute their specific role in building and supporting a great customer relationship
Adherence to consistent business processes and clear ways of working allows us to be agile and always deliver brilliant programmes which meet the customer timelines
ROI maximised through properly controlled and managed customer P&L in line with Trade Terms architecture and within PETI tramlines
Incremental volume and profit for the customer driven by new opportunities identified and swiftly actioned through the internal network of commercial cross-functional resources
Choiceful activation of the right sales drivers for the customer based on informed decisions grounded in data analysis and interpretation
Activities are successfully executed as planned with minimal (appropriate to tier) customisation necessary to meet the customer- s requirements
Detailed analysis of activity performance ensures targets are successfully reached through necessary course correction as required
Customer proposition: Determines detailed account activity plans and creative proposition 
Any course correction/investment level adjustments required within an account
Detailed elements of activity execution
Any changes to distribution levels/availability
Customer contact/network plan
Business Performance Mgt:  Determines account level best view forecast submission
Resource allocation - Determines levels of resources required to support activation
Customer Value chain management: Determines best opportunities  to manage cost and maximise value at an account level
Resolution and closure of all customer claims and disputes
Determine when and how free issues will be issued to the customer
Accurate and timely approval of rebates, invoice claims and deductions
Budget accountability: At account level:
P&L accountability for individual account(s) where applicable

Requisitos

You have:
5 years of sales experience, commercial or relevant management experience
Excellent relationship-building and conflict management/resolution skills
Strong persuasive, negotiation and presentation capabilities
Good commercial understanding, P&L literacy - strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to interact at and deliver change through different levels
Team player, focussed on total company delivery
Knowledge of the Spanish retail market would be crucial. Fluency in English & Spanish.
