External Relations Officer con discapacidad en Madrid

As the External Relations Officer, your mission will be contributing to build & implement the communication strategy & plan defined for Spain & Portugal markets, aimed at increasing Brand visibility and awareness. Contributing to produce press contents to support the product/corporate launches in all of the product categories (Jewels, Watches, Accessories and Perfumes), ensuring alignment to Corporate guidelines
Main Accountabilities
- Coordinate and nourish the external network activities, aimed at increasing the local PCO (Press Coverage Observatory) results.
- Contribute to produce press materials (such as texts, photos etc.) according with Business Units inputs and Global Marketing & Communication guidelines
- Coordinate and produce contents with our local Ambassadors
- Contribute to Organize and Manage local External Relations events together with the events team to increase the visibility and engagement of the brand
- Manage relations with press, stylists, celebrities and other stakeholders. Manage the editorial shooting during the main press events
- Manage PR Set process and shootings
- Contribute to monitor/a budget
- Monitor/a local press clippings and collect them in systematic recaps
Requisitos
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
University degree in Communication, Journalism or similar
2-3 years of experience in PR within luxury industry
Communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Strong Social Media and Digital knowledge
Fluent in English and Spanish
Residence: Madrid
