As E-Procurement Specialist, your vital role is to support the eProcurement team with various activities including managing and maintaining the marketplace that the hotels use on a regular basis for procurement purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of creation of new vendors. From managing the request coming from the purchaser to the actual creation of the supplier in the marketplace.
- Manage the creation/maintenance of catalogues in the marketplace. You will receive input from the sourcing team and translate that input into a catalogue that will be made available for the hotels to purchase.
- Manage the process of creation of new hotels in the marketplace. You will receive input from Business Development and trigger the creation of new hotels.
After an onboarding/learning period, you will lead the relationship with the marketplace provider
Requisitos
Requirements:
Experienced as a system/marketplace administrator
Knowledge of the Zycus suite product is a strong asset but not preferred
Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
Eye for detail as a key skill to manage the master data of a marketplace
Fluency in English - Spanish and/or German is a plus
