About the role

The role with has as a primary objective to guarantee that all commercial systems and governance is in place and functions accordingly in order to enable the sales teams to deliver outstanding performance and beat the competition. The person in this role will also guarantee top down and bottom up commercial planning data and insight. The main responsibilities contain:

- Driving insight to operationalize commercial standards and optimize Route to Consumer performance in market.

- Work with Commercial Leadership team as link between Business Effectiveness team, market field sales and Centre of Excellence (CoE), managing interactions across and within Global Diageo Business Services (GDBS) Towers and organization, regulating demand into the CoE .

- Provide access to CoE Reporting and Analytics through governance process.

- Act as the lead in market collecting Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) targets and working with COE to facilitate calculations for executional multipliers.

- Validate country targets, provide input to the GDBS teams on approach for target set-up including specific guidance and analysis on strategy and subsequently review and recommend sign off of the targets.

- Develop, review and execute the guidance & plan for the implementation of RTC strategy & commercial standards

- Work with the Business Effectiveness Manager and Field Sales LT to cascade targets and field sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to field sales reps and managers.

- Provide guidance on set-up of coverage and callage plans, field sales activities and territory approaches.

- Validate field sales resources & capacity to deliver plans

Requisitos

- You have minimum of 5 years FMCG experience and commercially intuitive

- You speak English, including excellent written English language skills

- You demonstrate strong leadership skills, including team management and motivation and general interpersonal skills

- You present high level of numeracy and precision, with robust analytical skills

- You identify clear priorities and focus on them at all times

- You take personal accountability for beating the competition

- You work within and ensure the team works within the commercial tramlines and relevant business process guidelines required to execute efficiently and brilliantly

- You generate ideas grounded in a deep understanding of customer requirements and manage them through to successful execution

- You build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders
